How long will my delivery take?
In process: 0 - 24hour (Banktransfer 1 - 2 work days) | Shipping: 1 - 2 work days.
Alternatively you can pick up your medication personally at the pharmacy and pay directly with cash (EUR). You find the Adress under "about-us.html".

How can I pay my order?
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cash (NL) and Bank Transfer.

Do I need a prescription?
You need no further prescription for an order.
You have to answer a health questionnaire online.

Can I pick up the medication, how will it be delivered?

You can either pick up your medication personally from the pharmacy or instruct a courier (DHL/UPS) to deliver the medication to your given shipping address.

I have ordered but have no e-mail confirmation?

After a request for medication has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and further e-mail with bank details if you have chosen to pay per “bank transfer”.

IF by any chance you have not received an e-mail please check your “spam folder” this happens frequently with AOL customers.
